Return and Refund Policy

At KND, every item is made to order with care and intention. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items shipped within the United States.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unused

• In the same condition received

• In its original packaging, when applicable

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

Return shipping is free for eligible returns within the United States.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective, or when an incorrect item is received.

To start a return, please contact us at info@kndbrand.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@kndbrand.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered

• Items returned after the 14-day return window

• Gift cards

• Final sale items, when clearly marked

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@kndbrand.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue. Replacement or refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
