Eligible U.S. orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with free return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Payments are processed securely through Shopify using encrypted checkout. KND never stores your full payment-card details. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. During busy periods and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. If an item is temporarily sold out, additional processing time may be required.

U.S. delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
