Refund Policy — KND Brand

We want you to love your KND purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • To start a return, please email us at support@kndbrand.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@kndbrand.com.

Shipping your return

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
