Refund Policy

At KND, every item is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@kndbrand.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
